  * Toggle the ENVELOPE MODE for TONE A, B or C via Key A, B or C

Note:
  * There will be **ENV.ON** @ Tone A or B or C on the **User Volume Control Menu** instead of the **volume value** if the **ENVELOPE MODE** is activated.

The AY 3 8912 Chip provide a 16bit Envelope period Control. 
  * Menu item: EP COASE: [0 to 255] (bit 8-15)
  * Menu item: EP FINE : [0 to 255] (bit 0-7 )
Press [+] or [-] for increase or decrease the **E**nvelope **P**eriod value
